Job Description – Business Development Executive We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Outdoor Marketing and Advertising team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals to achieve company sales targets. Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients for outdoor marketing and advertising services. Generate leads through calls, meetings, and networking. Understand client requirements and propose suitable advertising solutions (hoardings, LED screens, transit media, branding, etc.). Prepare and present business proposals and quotations. Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the operations and design teams to ensure timely campaign execution and client satisfaction. Key Skills: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition. Client Relationship Management. Business Deal Closure. Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills. Knowledge of Outdoor Media / Advertising Industry. Target Achievement & Sales Strategy.
