Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Overview

Yeloria is looking for a dynamic and organized Campus Outreach Lead to manage our Campus Ambassador Program and strengthen institutional partnerships across Kerala. This role involves coordinating with schools and colleges, supporting student ambassadors, and ensuring smooth execution of our on-campus workshops and events.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampus Ambassador Program Management

• Lead and manage the Campus Ambassador Program across Kerala colleges.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor student ambassadors.
• Plan and assign monthly tasks, challenges, and engagement activities.
• Track performance, provide feedback, and maintain ambassador motivation.
• Serve as the communication bridge between ambassadors and the Yeloria team.

Institutional Outreach & Coordination

• Build strong relationships with principals, HODs, and placement officers across schools and colleges.
• Present Yeloria’s educational services, AI literacy programs, and workshop offerings.
• Coordinate scheduling, permissions, and follow-ups for institutional workshops.
• Act as the liaison between Yeloria’s trainers and institutional teams for event logistics.
• Maintain a structured database of partnered institutions and key contacts.

Workshop Facilitation

• Coordinate dates, venues, permissions, and logistics for workshops (content handled by Yeloria trainers).
• Ensure smooth event execution, student participation, and communication on the event day.
• Collect attendance, photos, feedback, and other required documentation.
• Prepare and submit post-event reports to the management team.

Communication & Reporting

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for event promotions and outreach visibility.
• Maintain clear, timely reports on outreach activities, scheduled events, and ambassador performance.
• Suggest strategies to boost campus engagement and expand program reach.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam (spoken and written).
• Strong public interaction and institutional coordination abilities.
• Good organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of event and marketing coordination.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, Psychology, or Communication.
• Prior experience in education marketing, student engagement, or institutional relations is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
