Soft Skill Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and skilled Soft Skills & Communication Trainer to train students, working professionals, and entrepreneurs as part of our 12-week Professional Communication & Workplace Skills Program.
The trainer will handle live classes, speaking labs, role plays, writing sessions, and professional skill-building workshops both online and offline.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging training sessions on communication, spoken English, presentation skills, teamwork, negotiation, and productivity
• Deliver both online (Zoom/Meet) and occasional offline classes
• Facilitate role plays, group discussions, and practice activities
• Evaluate student assignments, communication tasks, and improvement areas
• Provide 1:1 feedback on speaking, writing, and workplace behaviour
• Prepare training materials, worksheets, activities and assessments
• Coordinate with specialization trainers for Week 9–12 modules
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and learning engagement
• Support learners in building confidence and real workplace readiness

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Ability to teach communication, etiquette, teamwork, conflict handling, productivity etc.
• Experience conducting role plays, workshops, and interactive sessions
• High energy, patience, and learner-centered teaching style , Ability to adapt teaching for students, professionals, and entrepreneurs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
• Certification in training, soft skills, communication or personality development
• 2–3 years of relevant training experience
• Experience in corporate training or finishing school programs is an advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
