: Soft Skills Trainer

Location

Job Type: Full-timeExperience: 1–3 years (Preferred: English Language/Communication Skills Background)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Soft Skills Trainer

with a background in

English language teaching

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering interactive and impactful training sessions on communication, personality development, and workplace etiquette, with a strong focus on improving English proficiency and soft skills of learners.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging training sessions on soft skills such as:

Communication (verbal and written)
Presentation skills
Body language and public speaking
Teamwork and collaboration
Time management and goal setting
Interview preparation and business etiquette

Incorporate English language learning techniques into soft skill modules to improve fluency, vocabulary, and grammar.
Conduct needs assessments and customize training content accordingly.
Develop training materials, handouts, and assessments.
Monitor progress of trainees and provide regular feedback.
Coordinate with academic or HR teams for scheduling and reporting.
Conduct workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience as an English faculty/trainer (2+ years preferred).
Strong command over spoken and written English.
Certification in soft skills, corporate training, or related areas is an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.
Familiarity with online training tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms) is a plus.
