Role Description

Business Development Manager (BDM)

The role includes:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with regional and national brands.
  • Pitching and selling

    celebrity endorsements, ad films, and photoshoot packages

    .
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiating deals and closing contracts effectively.
  • Collaborating with internal creative teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conducting market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for

    celebrity-led advertising campaigns

    and branded content.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand market presence in North India.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and agencies.
  • Represent ZoomMantra at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Provide regular business reports and pipeline updates to management.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction with exceptional after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in

    Business Development / Sales

    in the

    advertising, celebrity management, or media production industry

    .
  • Strong network and relationships with

    brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic planning and market research abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Passion for media, advertising, and celebrity-led campaigns is highly desirable.
