Job Title: Business Development Executive – Corporates & Tour World Series
Location: [Bengaluru/ hybrid], IndiaDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmentReports To: Country Head – HONMA Golf Business (India)Position Overview:Touche Golf, authorised distributor for HONMA golf in India is seeking a results-driven and golf-passionate Business Development Executive to spearhead the outreach and sales to Corporates and Tour World product line to end consumers. This role involves building partnerships with corporates, golf clubs, premium gifting companies, and lifestyle retailers to establish HONMA as a go-to choice for luxury golf giveaways and executive gifting in addition to engaging with intermediaries (Coaches & Caddies) at grassroot level pan India for a direct to consumer sale of the TW series.Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Corporate Sales:
  • Identify and close sales with corporate clients for HONMA golf equipment’s and accessories.
  • Pitch customized golf kits and accessories for corporate gifting, tournaments, and leadership events
  • Manage end-to-end B2B sales process from lead generation to after-sales support
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in luxury, finance, aviation, and automotive sectors
  • Maintain regular communication, coordinate product trials, and ensure premium service delivery
  • Business Development & Partnerships:
  • Collaborate with golf clubs, resorts, and pro shops for exclusive product placement
  • Tap into premium event organizers and tournament planners for brand integrations and bulk sales
  • Engage with Coaches and Caddies across all golf courses in India to drive a grassroot level engagement for the Tour World series
  • Product Knowledge & Customization:
  • Develop deep knowledge of the Tour World series and all accessory lines
  • Offer guidance on club fittings, customization options, and performance features for clients
  • Reporting & Sales Planning:
  • Maintain weekly pipeline reports and sales forecasts
  • Work with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns and seasonal offers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales (luxury, sports, or lifestyle products preferred)
  • Strong network among corporates, event planners, and golf clubs is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Passion for golf or knowledge of the sport will be an added advantage
