Role Description This is a full-time role for a Customer Success Manager, located on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer relationships, building rapport with clients, and driving customer retention. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, analyzing customer data, and developing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and success.
