BTL & Event Management Agency

Role & Responsibilities

Drive
new business opportunities
across Chennai and Tamil Nadu in BTL activations, events, exhibitions, and MICE.
Build and maintain
long-term client relationships
with corporates, brands, and agencies.
Develop customized
sales strategies & pitches
to achieve revenue targets.
Identify potential clients, pitch ideas, and close deals independently.
Mentor and
develop a team of fresh Business Development Executives (BDEs)
to scale outreach and lead generation.
Collaborate with the operations & creative teams to deliver seamless event execution.
Monitor market trends and competition to identify new growth opportunities.
Report directly to the Branch Manager with business forecasts, performance metrics, and revenue growth.

Candidate Profile

Minimum
5 years of proven experience
in
BTL activations / Event management industry
(currently working in the same industry is mandatory).
Strong network of corporate and brand contacts in Chennai.
Excellent
client servicing, pitching, and negotiation skills
.
Leadership mindset with the ability to
train and guide freshers
into successful sales professionals.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about
business growth
.
Should be based in Chennai and familiar with the
local business ecosystem
.
