Job Title: Business Development Manager – BTL / Event Agency Location: Chennai (Strictly Chennai-based position) Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (in BTL / Events industry only) Compensation: Best in the Industry – Up to ₹9 LPA (CTC) About Us We are a fast-growing BTL & Event Management Agency based out of Bangalore having branch office in Chennai, specializing in impactful brand activations, MICE events, and innovative experiential marketing campaigns. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead client acquisition, strengthen relationships, and build a high-performing sales team from the ground up. Role & Responsibilities Drive new business opportunities across Chennai and Tamil Nadu in BTL activations, events, exhibitions, and MICE. Build and maintain long-term client relationships with corporates, brands, and agencies. Develop customized sales strategies & pitches to achieve revenue targets. Identify potential clients, pitch ideas, and close deals independently. Mentor and develop a team of fresh Business Development Executives (BDEs) to scale outreach and lead generation. Collaborate with the operations & creative teams to deliver seamless event execution. Monitor market trends and competition to identify new growth opportunities. Report directly to the Branch Manager with business forecasts, performance metrics, and revenue growth. Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of proven experience in BTL activations / Event management industry (currently working in the same industry is mandatory). Strong network of corporate and brand contacts in Chennai. Excellent client servicing, pitching, and negotiation skills . Leadership mindset with the ability to train and guide freshers into successful sales professionals. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about business growth .
