Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector (B2B/B2C).
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, product) to align business goals.
  • Handle client presentations, proposals, and negotiations independently.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM documentation.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in an IT or SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Knowledge of Bangalore/India market dynamics is a plus.
