Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector (B2B/B2C).
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, product) to align business goals.
Handle client presentations, proposals, and negotiations independently.
Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM documentation.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
3+ years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in an IT or SaaS company.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
Knowledge of Bangalore/India market dynamics is a plus.
