Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Bengaluru with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. The role also involves analyzing market trends and competitor activities to improve our offerings and market position.

Qualifications

Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Strategic planning and market analysis skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the facilities management or real estate industry is a plus
