Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid/ Onsite role for a Business Development Manager located in Panaji, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and working closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services. Day-to-day tasks include researching market trends, generating leads, preparing proposals, presenting solutions to clients, and negotiating contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Lead generation and relationship building
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of the software development industry and IT services exports.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in international markets is a must.
