Job Description

As a Sales Manager/Business Development Manager at Travel Deal B2B, your role will involve driving growth and capturing new opportunities in the travel industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing & executing B2B sales strategies to acquire travel partners and corporate clients - Identifying new markets and expanding the company's presence in untapped segments - Building and nurturing long-term relationships with travel agencies, TMCs, and corporate travel heads - Managing the full sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, closing, and onboarding - Handling escalations and ensuring a smooth client experience - Collaborating with internal teams to tailor proposals and campaigns - Monitoring market trends, competitor activity & customer insights - Representing the brand at trade shows, events, and forums - Preparing and presenting performance reports and forecasts Key Requirements: - 5+ years of consistent revenue delivery experience - 3+ years of team handling experience - Strong understanding of margin planning across different travel products - Proven B2B sales record in travel, tourism, or hospitality - Familiarity with sales funnel management and key metrics - Great at negotiation, presentation, and client communication - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office; GDS or SaaS/Travel Tech platform experience is a plus - Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Travel Management, or a related field - A strong network in corporate travel, OTAs, TMCs, or DMCs - Bonus: multilingual capabilities and global travel knowledge About Travel Deal B2B: Travel Deal B2B is one of India's fastest-growing Travel B2B brands, striving to deliver meaningful and memorable travel experiences through its innovative B2B travel platform.
