Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Aizawl, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves identifying and building strategic partnerships, analyzing market opportunities, and developing innovative strategies to achieve business growth. Responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, enhancing sales performance, creating business proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals and stay updated on industry trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Analysis skills to identify and leverage growth opportunities
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills to build and maintain strong partnerships
  • Proficiency in Proposal Writing and Presentation Development to effectively influence stakeholders
  • Background in Pharmaceutical Sales or familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is highly beneficial
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
