Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in Gorakhpur. The Key Account Manager will oversee strategic relationships with key customers, maintain strong account management practices, and ensure customer satisfaction while driving growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, analyzing account performance, and aligning solutions to customer needs. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to foster long-term partnerships and achieve business objectives.
