Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned region, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, managing and mentoring the sales team, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Other key tasks include market analysis, sales forecasting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

Proven experience in regional sales management and sales strategy development
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare market
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze market trends and sales data
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Prior experience with sales CRM software is beneficial
