Job Description

Experience Required:

  • 7-8 years in EdTech / SaaS sales, with minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience selling enterprise SaaS/software platforms to schools, colleges, or educational institutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Sales Ownership

  • Achieve individual sales and revenue targets for the assigned region.
  • Build and execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Expand market presence by identifying new schools and partnerships.

  • Team Leadership

  • Hire, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives in the region.
  • Set targets, monitor progress, and ensure performance accountability.
  • Mentor team members on pitching, negotiations, and relationship building.

  • Client Engagement

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with school decision-makers.
  • Lead impactful demos, presentations, and negotiations with key accounts.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding in collaboration with customer success teams.

  • Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activities, regional trends, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to fine-tune strategies.
