Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Hyderabad. The Key Account Manager will oversee and nurture relationships with key clients, develop and implement business plans tailored to meet client needs, and identify growth opportunities. Responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues promptly. Additionally, the role will involve analysing account metrics, monitoring performance, and preparing regular reports to drive strategic decision-making. Qualifications Experience in Key Account Management and Account Management Strong Customer Service skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations Business Planning capabilities to develop and execute strategies aligned with organizational goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
