As we scale from 12 → 50 team members in 2026, we are hiring a high-performing Senior BDE to lead our international revenue growth.

Role Overview

The Senior Business Development Manager (International Sales) will drive high-ticket sales in the US/UK markets, lead outbound campaigns, close digital marketing projects, and guide our junior sales team.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role directly influencing global expansion.

Key Responsibilities
1️ Lead International Sales (US/UK)

  • Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and strategy sessions
  • Convert inbound & outbound leads into paying clients
  • Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets

2️ Close High-Ticket Digital Marketing Projects

Sales offerings:

  • SEO Retainers
  • PPC/Ads Management
  • Website Development
  • Growth Bundles (₹1L–₹5L/month retainers)

Target Niches:
Home Services Insurance & Mortgage Realtors Coaches/Consultants Ecommerce

3️ Drive Outbound Sales (Cold Email + LinkedIn)

  • Manage tools: Apollo, Instantly, Sales Navigator
  • Personalize outreach sequences
  • Ensure consistent pipeline generation
  • Monitor & optimize reply/meeting rates

4️ Lead & Mentor Junior Sales Executive

  • Guide daily sales activities
  • Train on outreach, messaging & follow-ups
  • Review prospect lists
  • Improve SQL quality

5️ Proposal Creation & Negotiation

  • Prepare SEO/PPC/Web proposals
  • Present ROI-driven solutions
  • Negotiate pricing & contracts
  • Ensure smooth Sales → Delivery handover

6️ Reporting & Sales Strategy

  • Maintain complete CRM hygiene
  • Prepare weekly sales updates
  • Share market & competitor insights
  • Build monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts

Required Skills & Experience (Must Have)

  • 3+ years in international B2B sales (US/UK mandatory)
  • Proven experience selling digital marketing / IT services
  • Successful track record closing ₹1L–₹5L/month retainers
  • Excellent English communication & pitching ability
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience with outbound tools (Apollo, Instantly, Sales Nav)

Good to Have

  • Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, funnels
  • Experience with HubSpot/Zoho/Clay
  • Prior experience working with global agencies or startups

KPIs (Performance Benchmarks)

  • 12–15 qualified meetings/month
  • 3–5 new client closures/month
  • Revenue Closed: ₹2–4 Lakhs per month (from Month 2)
  • 100% CRM hygiene
  • Consistent oversight of daily outreach (100+ prospects/day via team tools)
  • Steady SQL flow from junior BDE
