As we expand into the Noida market, we're seeking a growth-focused, energetic professional to join our Business Development team.


Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture

    B2B relationships

    with decision-makers across startups, SMEs, and large enterprises.
  • Lead discovery calls, conduct site visits, and pitch Synq.Work’s value proposition to clients.
  • Develop customised proposals, pricing plans, and solution presentations in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Conduct market mapping and generate leads across the Noida commercial real estate landscape.
  • Coordinate with supply-side and design teams to align client expectations with deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools, track pipeline status, and report progress to leadership.


Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, commercial leasing, or co-working sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace tools.
  • Brief knowledge of building design layouts and understanding.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety norms, and technical drawing interpretation
  • Self-driven with a problem-solving attitude and willingness to travel locally for meetings/site visits.
  • This is an

    on-field role based in Noida

    ; candidates must be comfortable with daily client visits and site interactions.
