Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Industry: Marketing & Advertising Experience: 4–6 years Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: As per industry standards + performance-based incentives About Us: We are a dynamic and growing marketing and advertising agency based in India, offering end-to-end branding, digital marketing, creative design, and media solutions. We work with clients across industries and are now looking to expand our portfolio of long-term retainer clients through strategic business development efforts. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the marketing and advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients (especially on retainer), and building strong, long-term client relationships to drive agency growth.
