Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Head Office – Kolkata (with Pan-India travel as required. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, researching and analyzing market trends, developing and implementing growth strategies, and maintaining client relationships. The role includes drafting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the operational team to ensure client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

         •Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in Facility Management and allied services across India.

         •Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate houses, financial institutions, and government bodies.

         •Prepare and deliver effective business presentations, proposals, and tenders.

         •Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

         •Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop effective sales strategies.

         •Meet and exceed revenue targets and contribute to the company’s growth vision.

         •Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums (Pan-India travel required).



Key Requirements:

         •5–10 years of proven business development / sales experience in the Service Sector or Facility Management industry.

         •Strong track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.

         •Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

         •Ability to build long-term client relationships and understand customer needs.

         •Willingness to travel across India for client acquisition and business meetings.

         •Graduate / MBA preferred (specialization in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage).
