Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Floor Supervisor and Executive at S&IB Services Private Limited, located in Panchla, Howrah. The Floor Supervisor and Executive will oversee daily floor operations, ensure adherence to company policies, manage team performance, and provide advanced support using Excel and Microsoft Office tools. Additional responsibilities include conducting staff training, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring sales targets are met.

• Proficient in Hiring, Training, Coaching, and team management
• Experience in Warehouse work culture.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
