Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Executive located in South Dum-Dum. The IT Executive will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, network administration, and managing IT operations on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications:

• BE/B-Tech in IT or Computer Science/Diploma / BCA

Job Responsibilities:

Cisco Catalyst Switch (L3 Switch) & L2 Manage Switch Configuration (VLan, Storm Control, Rstp etc.)

§     Fortigate Firewall (FG100E) Configuration

§     Email Console configuration and control

§     Network and Internet troubleshooting.

§     Windows Domain Server configuration and control

§     Attendance Server configuration & maintenance

§     NAS Configuration for data backup

§     Computer System (Hardware and Software) configuration and troubleshooting.

§     Power Backup Monitoring for Server Room & Office area for all IT Systems

§     Restructuring and Implement Office Lan Network Connection & Troubleshooting

§     Maintaining all IT Assets List and regular Auditing of all IT Assets

§     Knowledge of ISO 27001

2yrs to 3yrs
