Executive / Sr. Executive – IT

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support all IT infrastructure and equipment.
• Install, configure, and provide technical support for hardware & software.
• Manage IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Oversee help desk operations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Administer and troubleshoot networks and user systems.
• Manage and maintain servers.
• Support internal audits as per SOPs.
• Track and report IT incidents with proper resolution TAT.
• Manage POS systems, digital screens, EDC machines, and kiosks.

What We’re Looking For

• Education:

  B.Tech / Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.

• Experience:

  3–4 years in a similar role, preferably in Service, Hospitality, or Retail industries.

• Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and server management.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive “can-do” attitude.
• Fluency in English.
