Information Technology Executive

Role & responsibilities:

Installing, managing, and upgrading Windows-based systems and servers Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users. Troubleshooting system and server errors. Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors. Managing user access. Monitoring system performance. Maintaining and creating system backups. Knowledge on WAN, Working with Vendors for Link issue.

Network : Maintaining and Administering companys computer network and Maintenance of Routers & switches,,Desktops, Laptops, Printers and all IT Related Equipments (Proximity Machines, Switches, Wi-Fi Devices, Proxim Devices, HHT, Bio metric Devices and Projectors etc.) on LAN Connectivity.

Remote Support: Provide Technical Support to production Units and other offices by remotely and In-Person.

Support on PAN India Attendance System: Must have knowledge and experience on ESSL Attendance Systems. Like Replacing the device and adding the same in Central ESSL software. Also connect to OEM for L2 support on issue.

Office 365 : Configuration and installation of Microsoft outlook client and ensure user have access to email all the time without any delays in mailbox. Supporting user for Office Setup, Email on mobile devices, Outlook on the web and OneDrive for Business.

Oracle Modules : To ensure all modules (HCM,WMS,OTM,EBSPROD) running smoothly without any errors .

CCTV Camera Surveillance: Installation and Configuration of cctv cameras in Company.

Basic Skills and Competencies: Hardware troubleshooting, networking, Windows operating system, Technically and professionally skilled in all position responsibilities and duties. Providing technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence.

Good to have: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant hands on experience in configuring and troubleshooting in Windows-based endpoint, and Network devices.
