Perform routine maintenance and address electrical faults promptly to minimize downtime. Addressing and resolving customer complaints promptly to minimize downtime. Providing training to customers on machine operation and maintenance. Offering preventive maintenance recommendations to improve machine reliability. Implement system upgrades or modifications as needed to meet customer needs or improve equipment performance. Maintain accurate service records, including reports on maintenance activities and machine performance. AGE: Above 25 years EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering DESIRABLE : Additional certifications in machine installation, maintenance, or related technical fields PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: ESSENTIAL: 5–6 years of hands-on experience in the installation, commissioning, and servicing of packaging machinery. DESIRABLE: Experience in working with Rigid Packaging machines. DESIRABLE SKILL SETS: Strong understanding of Rigid Packaging Machine. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to quickly identify and resolve machinery issues.
