Information Technology Executive

As an IT & Admin Executive, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and diagnosing computer hardware, networks, printers, scanners, and software. Your role will involve excellent knowledge of installing all types of Windows applications, including the latest OS, Outlook mail configuring, and MS Teams. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of managing the video conferencing system and active directory users, computers, user rights, and workstation joining to the domain. You will also be required to replace and upgrade defective or outdated components when necessary, as well as research and recommend new approaches to improve the networked computer system. Basic knowledge of server virtualization, VMWare, and Firewall is essential for this role. You should possess a good understanding of network cabling, Internet, LAN, VPN, and WAN, along with CCTV surveillance system configuring, monitoring, and maintenance. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining the telephone intercom system, time attendance system, and door access control. Supporting the admin team with administrative activities will also be part of your duties. Proficiency in MS Office, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a good knowledge of network cabling, Internet, LAN, VPN, and WAN are essential skills required for this position.,
