Job Description

JOB TITLE:

LOCATION:

Experience: 1-3 years

JOB ROLE:

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Laboratory function
Production of Analysis report
Trouble shooting based on analyses results
Assist customers on GMP for closure and preform production and relative trouble shootings

RESPONSIBLITIES:

Support the service team by providing laboratory analysis and technical insights to ensure quicker response and resolution times for customer queries and complaints.
Act as a technical resource to the Sales Team by offering in-depth product knowledge and assistance during customer discussions, presentations, and trials.
Liaise with various vendors for the procurement, maintenance, and calibration of lab equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Understand and implement customer-specific testing protocols and ensure adherence during product development and improvement activities.
Assist in the analysis of customer research, market trends and competitor product performance to identify opportunities for product development and business growth.
Assist costumers on GMP for closure and preform production and relative trouble shootings
