Assistant Accounting Manager

As an Assistant Manager - Accounts at Sacmi Engineering India Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve managing the accounting operations, ensuring timely financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting statutory and audit requirements. Key Areas of Responsibility: - Preparation of monthly MIS reports and reports for group companies. - Cash flow monitoring, checking, and analysis. - Analyzing and improving financial processes and internal controls. - Overseeing all Company Secretary (CS) related matters. - Coordination with internal and statutory auditors. - Proficiency in SAP and strong communication skills. - Other duties as assigned. Educational Qualifications: - Essential: Graduation in Finance or Commerce / Inter CA - Desirable: Post-graduation in Finance Professional Experience Required: - Essential: 8-10 years of accounts experience Desirable Skill Sets: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively. Extent of Decision-Making Authority: All major decisions to be taken in concurrence with the Reporting Manager.
