Assistant Accounting Manager

As an Assistant Accounting Manager at ProMax Events, you will play a crucial role in overseeing finance and accounting operations with precision and attention to detail. You will report directly to the Founder & Director, contributing to the strengthening of ProMax's financial systems as the company continues to scale. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely and accurate Income tax & GST filings, statutory and internal audits, and statutory compliances. - Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to provide insights for business decisions. - Implement and monitor internal controls to uphold accuracy and efficiency in financial processes. - Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies focusing on cost optimization and growth. - Supervise and mentor the accounting team to foster accountability and professional growth. - Coordinate with auditors, consultants, bankers, and other financial stakeholders. - Maintain financial records using Tally and ensure adherence to best practices in accounting processes and documentation. Desired Profile: - Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance (preferred). - Experience: 3+ years in accounting and financial management, preferably in service-based or events-related industries. - Strong understanding of accounting standards, Direct and Indirect Tax, statutory and internal audits, and statutory compliances. - Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative professional with strong ethical standards. - Immediate joiner.
