Role Overview

The Social Media Executive

  1. Client Events (Corporate & Healthcare)

    – ensuring each event gets its own customized social media calendar, visibility, and engagement.
  2. In-House Branding


client-facing liaison, campaign execution, content strategy, and performance tracking


Key Responsibilities

Client Event Promotions

  • Create and execute

    event-specific social media calendars

    for each client (corporate & healthcare events).
  • Liaise directly with clients (primarily doctors and healthcare professionals) to align event promotion with their objectives.
  • Manage organic campaigns as well as

    paid promotions and ad boosting

    for event visibility, registrations, and audience engagement.
  • Capture and publish

    live event content

    (photos, reels, stories, behind-the-scenes) when required.

Brand Promotion

  • Manage social media presence with a focus on brand awareness, thought leadership, and showcasing our premium positioning.
  • Create content calendars for in-house branding campaigns to ensure consistent visibility.

Community Engagement

  • Engage and grow online communities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Strengthen client and audience relationships through responsive and meaningful digital interactions.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance metrics including

    follower growth, engagement, lead conversions, event inquiries, and content consistency

    .
  • Prepare

    weekly reports with insights and recommendations

    for ongoing improvement.
  • Leverage scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) for efficiency.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Prior experience managing social media accounts for brands/events (1–3 years preferred, including internships).
  • Strong skills in

    copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication coordination

    .
  • Understanding of

    paid advertising and social media campaign management

    .
  • Knowledge of scheduling/analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal design teams and interact with clients confidently.
  • Flexibility to attend events for live coverage.
