JOB ROLE:


KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • General Office Administration
  • Facility & Asset Management

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Administration & Complianc

    e: Managing factory compliances, liaising with government authorities (GPCB, GIDC, Electricity, Water, Gram Panchayat), and ensuring SOP implementation.
  • Asset Managemen

    t: Overseeing office infrastructure, maintenance of ACs, CCTV, EPBX, company vehicles (Bus, Car), forklifts, cranes, STP and solar systems. Handling vendor management, AMCs, Insurance and procurement of admin assets.
  • Facility Management

    : Stationery Management, Canteen Facility, Transportation Facility, Admin arrangements in office for medical camp, Office building construction & repair jobs.
  • Travel & Guest Managemen

    t: Handling hotel and travel bookings, guest arrangements, and coordinating with staff bus for pick-up & drop.
  • Housekeeping & Securit

    y: Ensuring cleanliness, office upkeep, plantation activities and managing security personnel and Security Services.
  • Financial & Utility Oversigh

    t: Managing petty cash, processing vouchers and ensuring timely payment of utility bills (electricity, internet, telephone, credit cards, etc.)
  • Exhibition Coordinatio

    n: Coordinating and arranging Hotel & transport for international guests during exhibitions.
  • Executive Assistanc

    e: Supporting senior management in administrative tasks and operational efficiency as and when required.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Any Graduate. Good in MS-Office. Military Background preferred.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

8 –10 years of experience in general administration in any manufacturing industry.
