Information Technology Executive

Job Summary:

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking systems, and surveillance equipment. The role involves troubleshooting system issues, ensuring smooth LAN connectivity, and overseeing maintenance of CCTV and related electronic devices to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware & Software Management:
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage software installations, updates, licensing, and antivirus protection.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
• Network Administration:
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity across all departments.
• Troubleshoot network-related problems and coordinate with service providers if required.
• Ensure data security and proper network access controls.
• CCTV & Security Systems:
• Monitor and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and access control equipment.
• Ensure camera uptime, video backup, and security compliance.
• System Maintenance & Support:
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance of IT systems.
• Maintain records of IT assets and prepare maintenance reports.
• Provide technical support to users across production, administration, and management teams.
• Backup & Data Security:
• Ensure data backup procedures are followed regularly.
• Implement IT security protocols and protect systems from unauthorized access.
• Vendor Coordination:
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for procurement, repairs, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
