Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Sepal Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and business development for our performance technology solutions in the North India region. With a strategic mindset and a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or performance marketing, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients in the North India region and offer our range of products and services, including CRM, Web Development, Software Development, Cloud services, and more. - Close new clients and provide detailed briefs to the account management teams. - Gather client requirements and create techno proposals. - Stay updated on industry trends and technological developments. - Arrange introductory meetings with top management of identified firms. - Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain excellent client relationships. - Be prepared for extensive travel within the assigned territory. Key Skills: - Corporate selling experience in the IT domain with a focus on identifying new opportunities. - Knowledge of web-based projects, software, CRM, IT infrastructure, and analytics. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting client requirements. - Excellent communication, analytical, technical, and research skills. - Effective time management, planning, and organizational abilities. - Ability to contribute innovative ideas for product and service improvement. - Dynamic personality and a team player mindset within the organization.
