We are hiring a Business Development & Growth Advisor who will act as a strategic partner — helping us set the direction, build sales pipelines, and capture international opportunities.
What you will do
- Take ownership of international business growth within IT, software, and CRM solutions — becoming a leading expert in client needs, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for UAE, USA, AU and Canada, including input on product/solution positioning and service development.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for strategic international clients — from lead generation and outreach to pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline by identifying industry themes, target markets, and customer priorities in the global IT & CRM landscape.
- Engage with decision-makers (Directors, Founders) to create demand, build long-term relationships, and drive international revenue.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights with internal teams (marketing, product, tech, and operations) to refine offerings and strengthen market fit.
- Advise leadership on international expansion strategies, growth opportunities, and potential partnerships to accelerate Review India Software’s global vision.
Basic Qualification
- 2–5 years of international business development / SaaS / IT services sales experience, preferably with exposure to senior stakeholders (Directors, Founders).
- Experience in B2B client acquisition, negotiations, and building long-term relationships across global markets (USA, UK, UAE, Canada).
- Strong English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals and business documents.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and advise on growth strategies.
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms, SaaS solutions, or IT consulting services (bonus if experienced in sales pipeline tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM).
- Entrepreneurial mindset — able to work independently in a startup environment, take ownership, and drive measurable results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: MBA (Marketing/International Business/IT) or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 2–5 years in International Business Development, SaaS Sales, or IT Services Sales, with exposure to, Founders, or senior stakeholders.
Skills:
- Strong English communication & presentation skills with ability to write clear, compelling proposals.
- Proven track record in B2B client acquisition, negotiations, and relationship management in global markets (USA, UK, UAE, Canada).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, SaaS solutions, or IT consulting services.
- Analytical thinker with ability to advise on growth strategies & market expansion.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial and self-driven, able to work independently in a startup environment and take ownership of results.
Prefered Qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in international business development or B2B SaaS/IT sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue in global markets (UAE, USA, AU and Canada preferred).
- Strong experience with B2B client acquisition and long-term relationship building.
- Ability to analyze sales data, performance metrics, and industry best practices to optimize growth strategies.
- Hands-on with CRM and sales tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
- Experience in consulting and influencing senior decision-makers (Directors,Founders).
- Exposure to CRM software, SaaS solutions, or IT consulting projects will be an added advantage.
