Key Responsibilities


  • Strategy and Planning:

    Research, identify, and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and product or service lines. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and company growth goals.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    Actively seek out new clients and business prospects through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital outreach.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients and key stakeholders. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales and Negotiation:

    Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations. Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners to secure profitable deals.
  • Market Analysis:

    Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Use this data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure brand consistency, align strategies, and support the entire business pipeline.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Competitive Analysis
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing or materials industry is a plus
