Job Description – Business Development ManagerPosition Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Develop Opportunities – Research and analyze new markets, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management – Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion – Generate leads through networking, industry events, cold calling, digital platforms, and referrals.
  • Proposal & Negotiation – Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and deliver value to customers.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis – Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for growth.
  • Reporting & Forecasting – Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, pipeline activities, and provide regular performance reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Strong business acumen with problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and business development platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
