Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and nurturing prospects to support the business development team. This role is essential for creating new sales opportunities and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target companies.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, need, timeline, and decision-making authority.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead data and progress status.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, or calls between prospects and sales executives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality through campaign feedback.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
  • Track and report weekly/monthly lead generation metrics to the sales manager.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
