As Infidigit accelerates its North American expansion, it seeks a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Manager (US) to spearhead client acquisition and cultivate strategic, long-term partnerships that fuel the next phase of growth.


The Opportunity:

Business Development Manager

In this key role, the candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with mid-market to enterprise-level companies, offering Infidigit’s specialized digital marketing services, with a strong focus on SEO, content marketing, and performance-driven strategies. 

The company is looking for a driven, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping brands accelerate their digital growth.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive Growth in the US Market:

    Proactively identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities in the US market and NA, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strategic Outreach:

    Lead outbound prospecting through cold outreach, networking, social selling, along industry events to build a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Consultative Selling:

    Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand prospective clients' business goals, challenges, and competitive landscape, ensuring tailored, insight-driven conversations..
  • Solution Crafting & Pitching:

    Craft customized solutions along with compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations that clearly articulate Infidigit's SEO and performance marketing solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, industry shifts (like AI-driven search), monitor competitors, and leverage insights to shape outreach strategies.
  • CRM Management:

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system to ensure transparency and pipeline visibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Engage closely with Infidigit's delivery, strategy, and leadership teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, execution, and retention.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Lead negotiations, manage objections effectively, and close high-value deals confidently.
  • Be the Face of Infidigit:

    Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and networking functions—building lasting impressions and relationships.


What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales or business development

    , preferably in a digital marketing agency (SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing) or a related SaaS environment.
  • Proventrack record of consistently exceeding sales targets

    and driving consistent revenue growth.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals

    , including SEO best practices, content strategy, keyword research, performance marketing, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

    , with the ability to confidently pitch complex digital solutions & strategies clearly to C-level executives and marketing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen

    and a consultative approach to understand and solve diverse client challenges.
  • Analytical mindset

    with the ability to leverage data to have informed sales strategies and articulate client recommendations.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and autonomous

    , with a strong work ethic and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, preferable.


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience selling into key verticals like, E-commerce, Healthcare, Finance, or Technology.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or relevant digital marketing platforms/tools.
  • Prior experience of collaborating with international teams across time zones and cultures.
