🎯 Core Responsibilities

New Client Acquisition

• Identify & connect with startups, brands, and corporates.
• Pitch our services (creative, production, design, strategy).
• Build proposals, decks, and RFP responses.

Relationship Management

• Build long-term partnerships with clients.
• Regularly connect to understand evolving needs.
• Upsell/cross-sell additional services.

Strategic Growth

• Spot industry trends & new opportunities.
• Position N°98 Studio uniquely against competitors.
• Collaborate on pricing, packaging & GTM strategy.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

• Work closely with creative, design & strategy teams.
• Translate client needs into actionable briefs.
• Ensure delivery aligns with promises made in pitches.

Revenue & Targets

• Own revenue goals & pipelines.
• Track conversion rates & ROI.
• Close profitable projects to maintain healthy cash flow.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing Daily

• Lead generation via LinkedIn, cold outreach & networking.
• Preparing case studies & showcasing past work.
• Negotiating contracts & retainers.
• Attending industry events to build connections.
• Coordinating with account managers for smooth project handovers.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in

  business development

  at an agency business.
• Strong network + ability to close deals.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated & resourceful.
