We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development professional who truly understands the Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) landscape. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to the growth of advanced therapeutics, this role offers you the chance to make a significant global impact.

What You will Be Doing:

·        Growing our CGT business and expanding our global footprint across key regions.

·        Connecting with CGT clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and offering end-to-end solutions across viral vectors, CAR-T/CAR-NK/CAR-Macrophage platforms, and other CGT segments.

·        Leading the complete sales value chain—from the first conversation to closing strategic deals.

·        Building long-term partnerships based on trust, value creation, and scientific credibility.

·        Continuously monitoring market trends to help us stay ahead in the rapidly evolving CGT ecosystem.

·        Conducting competitive market landscaping and shaping strategies aligned with global market dynamics.

·        Developing territory- and client-specific pricing strategies.

·        Representing the organization at international conferences, events, and industry forums.

·        Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional outcomes for clients.

What We are Looking For:

10–15 years of experience

·        Proven experience working across global markets with strong relationship-building capabilities.

·        Deep understanding of CGT workflows, development challenges, and industry drivers.

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage senior-level stakeholders.

·        A strong and relevant network within the CGT industry.

·        A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

·        Experience managing large or global accounts.
