🚨 We’re Hiring | Senior Project Management – Biotechnology (15–20 Yrs Exp.) 🚨

We’re looking for a seasoned and dynamic Project Head to lead and manage high-impact programs across biotechnology and GMP manufacturing environments. If you have 15–20 years of experience and a strong track record of successful project delivery — we want to hear from you.

This is more than just a project management role. We’re seeking a strategic leader who will work closely with our Managing Director to align business goals with project execution, and serve as a critical link between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and commercial partners.

🔬 Key Responsibilities:

Lead program management for Gene & Cell Therapy product development

Drive PMO operations and oversee multiple project lifecycles (initiation to execution)

Manage partnerships with CDMOs/CMOs and ensure commercial readiness

Enable strategic planning, operational execution, and business growth insights

Coordinate regulatory submissions, risk analysis, stakeholder communication, and KPI tracking

Prepare dashboards, slide decks, and data-driven reports for internal and external reviews

🤝 Strategic Business Leadership: You will also serve as a key partner to the Managing Director, helping drive:

Cross-functional communication

Business strategy execution

Program governance and decision-making

Company-wide alignment on priorities and performance

🎓 Requirements:

Master’s in Project Management / Biotechnology

PMP Certification (a plus)

Strong background in biotech (GMP), particularly in a start-up or commercial manufacturing environment

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and multi-tasking skills

Comfortable working with global teams across India and the US
