Business Development Manager - IT Sales

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the e-commerce sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and experience within the ecommerce industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive e-commerce sales andbusiness growth.• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for HeadlessEcommerce Platform.• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.• Present our solutions to prospective clients, tailoring proposals to meet clientneeds.• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies andmaterials.• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.• Track and report on sales performance and growth metrics.Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Ecommerce, PaaS, SaaS industry.• Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, platforms, and technologies.• Proven experience in closing deals, managing client relationships, and drivingrevenue growth.• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Preferred Skills:• Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and e-commerce integrations.• Experience working with B2B e-commerce solutions or SaaS products.• Strong network within the e-commerce and technology space.
