Business Development Manager - IT Sales

As an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) in the e-commerce sector, your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives. You will develop and implement strategic plans to drive e-commerce sales and business growth, identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for Headless Ecommerce Platform, and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive e-commerce sales and business growth. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for Headless Ecommerce Platform. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. - Present solutions to prospective clients, tailoring proposals to meet client needs. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and materials. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. - Track and report on sales performance and growth metrics. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Ecommerce, PaaS, SaaS industry. - Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, platforms, and technologies. - Proven experience in closing deals, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and e-commerce integrations. - Experience working with B2B e-commerce solutions or SaaS products. - Strong network within the e-commerce and technology space.,
