Job Summary:


We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales and client acquisition strategy in mobile & web application development and IT staffing services. The ideal candidate should have deep industry connections, expertise in digital transformation services, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. You will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring delivery success.


Key Responsibilities:

✅ Drive business growth by acquiring new clients across industries

✅ Develop and execute sales strategies for IT services and staffing solutions

✅ Engage with CXOs and decision-makers to understand their business needs

✅ Present tailored solutions backed by strong technical capabilities

✅ Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to successful closure

✅ Build and manage long-term client relationships to drive retention

✅ Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for impactful proposals

✅ Align IT staffing solutions with client talent requirements

✅ Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities

✅ Represent the company at networking forums and industry events


Key Requirements:

✔ 8+ years of experience in IT services business development

✔ Strong network across industries like BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, and Startups

✔ Proven success in B2B IT sales and revenue generation

✔ Expertise in mobile & web technologies (Flutter, React Native, iOS/Android, React.js, Node.js, Laravel)

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, delivery, and recruitment teams

✔ bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
