Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through strategic partnerships, brand integrations, and content IP monetization.
• Brand Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with brands and agencies to identify collaboration opportunities across campaigns, IPs, and custom storytelling formats.
• Content IP Selling: Actively pitch Humans of Bombay’s existing and upcoming content IPs to clients and agencies; secure sponsorships and long-term partnerships.
• Agency & Client Network: Leverage and grow an active network of media agencies and direct brand clients in the Delhi NCR / Bangalore ecosystem.
• Sales Cycle Ownership: From lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closure, own the entire business development process.
• Reporting & Updates: Ensure consistent pipeline management, with daily updates on meetings, pitches, and progress towards targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal creative, production, and strategy teams to co-develop impactful brand stories.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of proven experience in digital content sales, branded content, influencer marketing, or digital media partnerships.
• Strong network and relationships within brands, agencies, and media buying ecosystems.
• Excellent pitching, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being a strong team player.
• Passion for content, storytelling, and the digital ecosystem.
