🌟 Objectives of this role:

• Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of talented professionals.
• Ensure staffing needs are aligned with long-term growth strategies.
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives.
• Create smooth, end-to-end hiring processes that provide candidates with a positive experience.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to set clear expectations and streamline recruitment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and selection criteria.
• Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Draft compelling job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each role.
• Screen CVs, portfolios, and references to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Organize and attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
• Maintain detailed recruitment records, interview notes, and reports to share with stakeholders.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Talent Solutions, CV databases, and professional networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to document processes and stay updated with industry trends.
