Business Development Manager IT

What Youll Do

Identify, connect, and build strong relationships with clients in both domestic and international markets.
Generate new business through
Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, and other B2B platforms
.
Collaborate with our design, development, and marketing teams to create impactful proposals and presentations.
Meet (and exceed) monthly and quarterly sales goals with a focus on long-term partnerships.
Track market trends to discover new sectors and growth opportunities.
Represent Webguru Infosystems in online meetings, client calls, and negotiations with clarity and confidence.

What You Bring

2–5 years of proven experience in
IT sales
— web/app development, SEO, or digital marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfort with online marketplaces and lead-generation tools such as
Upwork and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
.
The ability to think strategically, act proactively, and follow through till closure.
A collaborative spirit — because at Webguru, growth is a team sport.

Bonus Points If You Have
