🌟 Join Our Team at Brainware University 🌟 Position: Dean to the School Of Management and Commerce No. of Vacancy: 1 Location: Barasat, Kolkata, India Experience: Over 12-15 years Brainware University is looking for professionals for the position of Dean to the School of Management and Commerce 💡Key Responsibilities: - While we have competent Heads of Departments for each of the departments mentioned above, we are looking for academicians who will be able to perform the following functions:- To bring significant improvements in curriculum in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) and as per the demand of the industry To be actively involved in the recruitment of senior academicians and professionals from universities and corporations respectively To arrange State, Centre, and Industry-funded research projects To develop national and international collaborations with Universities and Corporations To arrange national and international seminars, workshops, conferences, and invited talks of speakers of repute To have adequate experience in handling the NAAC/IQAC accreditation process To cater to the academic administrative aspects of the department and overall improvement of the department 🌟 Qualifications: Ph.D. in Management (Finance/Marketing/HR/SCM/related fields) from a reputed university is mandatory for the Schools of Management & Commerce. Qualifying NET/SET examination is preferable. Minimum 55% marks in Masters and brilliant overall academic record. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in teaching or industry is mandatory. Out of these, at least 2 years as Dean or any leadership position in a private University is desirable. Minimum 10 publications in H-Indexed journals and at least one PhD awarded scholar. 💡Desirable Skills: Thorough knowledge of rules and regulations of UGC and other regulatory bodies. Strong knowledge of accreditation processes. Strong leadership skills along with a proven record of handling academic administration. Good communication & people management skills.
